Becky Bags designs girly accessories that inspire creativity. The photos shown on designs will vary from your results following any of the do-it-yourself design based on your choice of materials.
With every pattern purchase, a portion of the money goes toward greening Kansas through the purchase of trees from the Kansas Forest Service www.kansasforests.org/conservation/index.shtml via a donation to the K-State Johnson County Extension Foundation. Becky Bags believes “green” is good business.
Payment
Payment methods: PayPal and its related credit card processing.
Payment terms: Payment due in 7 days. Please note that buyer is responsible for delivery related expenses and that nothing will begin to be processed on the order before payment has cleared, so prompt payment will speed your delivery.
Sales tax: Kansas orders will have sales tax applied and the appropriate sales tax will be paid.
Cancellations
Written cancellation requests will be honored when they are received prior to shipment of requested items. Send request to becky@beckybags.com and be sure to have the words “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
Shipping
Buyer is responsible for additional items to include: all shipping, tax and duty fees. All related charges will be confirmed, approved, and paid prior to shipment. Effective May 2011, standard shipping to United States locations is included on all pattern books and most ready-to-go accessories.
P.O. BOXES: Please include street address.
FedEx and United States Postal Service typically provides the shipping services. Express handling is not available, however prompt payment will shorten the time to delivery as shipped items will ship only after payment has cleared.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
The pattern books and eBooks contain the detailed information necessary to create your do-it-yourself item from the design. Please read through all of the instructions before starting your creation. If, for any reason, you are unable to follow the instructions in the guides, please contact me directly at 913-397-8071 or becky@beckybags.com. Pattern Books: Within 30-days from the date of purchased, damaged books will be replaced. Please contact Becky Bags directly at 913-397-8071 or sales@beckybags.com with damage details and your request for a replacement book. A return merchandise authorization number will be issued. A replacement book will be provided when the complete original book is returned within 10-days from the RMA issue date.
