All of the bookends from Becky Bags begin with an original model and those are recreated in extremely limited quantities to support non-profits. It does not sell its completed bookends, but it does provide them to a few outstanding non-profits as auction items to support their fundraising efforts.
Non-profit organizations are encouraged to submit their request to receive a single pair of the completed, limited supply, Becky Bags bookends for their auction to becky@beckybags.com or call 913-397-8071. Submittals must include:
- Name of the non-profit organization
- Mission and impact of the organization
- Proof of non-profit status
- Contact information
- Date of the auction, name of the event, and delivery details for the bookends
All requests will be considered and the decision to provide the bookends will be based on organizational impact and availability of the limited supply of bookends.
Once selected, Becky Bags will work closely with the organization to provide the bookends that will contain a personalized thank you making it a memorable treasure for its recipient. The event will be promoted via Becky Bags blog as in the case of the first donation that went to Animal Haven.
