Motorcycle windshield handbags transform old jeans into art for a sporty new look using ancient needlework and quilting techniques and puts girly style on adventure rides. Windshield handbags, bags, bookends, and folding screen created by Becky Bags LLC, an Olathe accessories design company, will be at the Maker Faire on June 25 and 26.

The Maker Faire will be held at Union Station Saturday, June 25, from 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 26, from 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The faire celebrates things people create themselves and brings together Makers, Crafters, Inventors, Hackers, Scientists and Artists. Come and spark your own creativity.

  • Sunflower bookends and Snowflake stockings are two new items that will be officially released in the coming weeks. Both placed third.
